WHAT ALL SEASONS FAMILY HEALTH CARE IS DOING TO PROTECT THE HEALTH OF ITS PATIENTS AND STAFF
- -When making and confirming appointments patients are asked if hey have traveled within the 14 days or have been in close contact with someone that has traveled within the last 14 days.
- -When patients make their appointments, they are asked about symptoms related to COVID-19 infection, such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath. Patients with these symptoms are advised to reschedule until after the symptoms resolve. Or opt for a telephonic appointment.
- -We have eliminated sitting in the waiting room. You are roomed as soon as you enter. If you prefer to wait in your car until your appointment time, we will be happy to call you by telephone when your provider is ready to see you.
- -We are asking patients not to bring any accompanying family members to their appointment.
- -Our offices are cleaned and sanitized many times throughout the day as part of our health safety protocols. Over the past few weeks, we have increased the frequency and the extent of these cleanings.
- -Hand sanitizer dispensers have been placed in all waiting area.
- -Employees showing any signs of illness are instructed not to report to work and will be excused.
