Debby Maloney, FNP

Family Nurse Practitioner

Debby grew up in New England, sharing time between Maine and Connecticut. Her healthcare journey started as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the age of eighteen, working with patients with dementia. She went on to join the Air Force in 1996 and became a Medic, where she worked in the hospital as an NREMT/Alaska State EMT III and in the Emergency Department, Labor and Delivery, and everywhere in between. Being just shy of 20 years as a medic, she used her experiences and knowledge to successfully challenge the NCLEX exam for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) while still active duty. Then she converted from LPN to RN with an Associates in Nursing from Excelsior College in New York, just two months short of retirement from the Air Force.

Once retired, she went to work at Chris Kyle Patriots Hospital, working with Active Duty and Veterans. Tired of the commute, she went to work at Matsu Regional Medical Center on the Medical-Surgical Unit and then at their Urgent Care. Debby completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boise State University in the spring of 2018 and then started a Master’s program that same fall. She completed the requirements for the program and graduated with her MSN-FNP in March 2021. Upon graduating, Debby became part of the All Season’s team as a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Although a newer Practitioner, she is eager to learn and looks forward to taking care of you and your family.
