Ellen Lentz, ANP
Advanced Nurse Practitioner
She attended UAA for a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. After completing her RN, she moved to Florida to work in the emergency room and attend a graduate program at the University of South Florida in Tampa.

Her toolbox has expanded greatly over the years with the addition of osteopathic manipulation using the Fascial Distortion Model to treat injuries or chronic pain. In 2007, she opened All Seasons Family Health Care, LLC. Over the years, she has added aesthetics, including injectables (Botox/Juvéderm), hair removal, photo facials, and body contouring. She is pleased to continue to serve the community.
Her hobbies include snow machining, skiing, hiking, and enjoying time with her children.
